Salon Policy

By making an appointment with Work of Arch, the following policy applies:

Booking Fee's, Payment & Credit's:

A booking fee of 50% of the appointment cost is required to reserve your time slot. The remaining amount is to be finalised at the completion of your appointment via your saved card on file, cash, EFTPOS or credit card (AMEX, MasterCard & Visa). 

Unused booking fees will be saved on your profile as a credit to redeem within 6 months.

Attendance

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Please ensure you arrive on time, or 5 minutes early to your appointment. As Work of Arch operates on a back-to-back appointment basis late arrivals may not always be accommodated.

If you are running late, please notify Work of Arch as soon as you can so we can try our best to accomodate.

Arriving substantially late may result in your appointment being cancelled, shortened or altered at the full price of the original booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit their booking fee. 

All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through your Timely profile if the required notice is given, and booking fee's paid will automatically carry over to a rescheduled appointment, or save on file as a credit if cancelled.

No Shows

No shows are strictly not tolerated. Failure to show for an appointment will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged and finalised before rebooking can occur.

 

Guests & Children

As the Work of Arch salon is a small and intimate space with dangerous items being easily accessible for treatments (sharps, poisons, hot wax, chemicals etc.), guests and children are not permitted to attend appointments with the client.
